I have a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta. and a BSc degree from University of Winnipeg.

I have experience assessing and treating various injuries including musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post- surgical rehab, neurological and pelvic health conditions, etc.

I especially have a passion for treating pelvic floor dysfunction including pregnancy & postpartum conditions, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, vaginismus, dyspareunia, diastasis recti and pelvic/lower back dysfunction, etc.

My treatment philosophy employs a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques (including dry needling), individualized treatment programs, patient education as well as modalities to treat both the root cause and symptoms that a patient presents with. I aim to build an effective patient-therapist collaboration to determine the patients’ goals and to restore the body’s optimal function as well as help patients to improve their quality of life.

In my spare time, I love to watching movies, discovering new restaurants/places and spending time with my family/friends.
